Howdy Oxegen,
Just a quick mail to say thank you so much for inviting us along to campaign at this years Oxegen festival. The whole weekend went really well for us. Over 3,500 festival goers signed up to our “Let’s Face It” climate change campaign and we took over 1500 photos of people with our giant campaign logo. The photos are up on our Facebook page and collected together in a video here…

SOME OF THE TOP OXEGEN MOMENTS AS REPORTED BY THE EVENING HERALD!

Evening Herald did their “Top 20 Oxegen Moments” yesterday. Jay-Z came in at number 1!!
“THANK you, thank you: you’re too kind.” Not nearly kind enough, Jay.
Ah yes, this was the one we’d all waited for, and perhaps the perfect example of how hip-hop should be treated in a live setting. That his missus, Beyonce, was standing by watching everything must surely have spurred him on – but it’s clear that Jay-Z is officially rap’s premium rock star, delivering hits like the anthemic Empire State of Mind and the excellent Dirt Off Your Shoulder with the kind of energy, showmanship, and enviable gusto that not even his biggest fans could have expected. Oh, and that Sunday Bloody Sunday remix?
Brilliant. Brooklyn’s finest could very well be the worlds greatest.”
Kasabian came in at number 12, with a thumbs up!
75,000 FANS ½ THEIR WASTE AT OXEGEN

150 tonnes of waste has been collected to date with the figure expected to reach 500 tonnes in total after the campsites close at 6pm today.
